Our TradEnable portal is easy to use and minimises the time spent on policy administration. Its functionality is designed to help you comply with policy terms and manage risks, giving you the confidence to trade and grow your portfolios.

Your insurance and risk management needs are our key priority and we understand the importance you place on having more control and transparency over your credit insurance policy. TradEnable is our full cycle policy support portal for Brokers and Clients through which you can manage your policy and portfolios.

This secure portal will be rolled out in 3 planned phases. Each phase will see additional functionality and an increasing use of AI to help us improve limit automation so you can receive instant responses to limit requests.

Phase 2 & 3 will include more functionality such as easy ways to manage credit limits, claims and policy activities.

The portal is available in English, French, Spanish and Japanese, with German, Portuguese and Chinese added in spring 2022.
